We faced a particularly frustrating issue with persistent power surges that occurred every few minutes. The air conditioning struggled to keep up, leaving the room uncomfortably warm and the intermittent outages caused disruptions at the worst times. Despite informing the staff about the situation, the issue could only be addressed the following day, leaving us to endure a night of unbearable discomfort.

I came here with my FAMILY members. The staff were super friendly and amiable and created a family vibe. The location was quiet and marvellous, for example, Bacalar was relatively near the hotel. There were restaurants and nice restaurants with plenty of food.

An enchanting stay awaits! The family suite offered spacious comfort. The staff were attentive, we had everything we needed. With a relaxing pool area to gather in, our evenings felt special. Bacalar's beautiful landscape only enhanced this nice experience.

The family suite offered ample space with lovely decor. The pool area had a peaceful vibe, great for unwinding with family. Staff members were great, we felt comfortable. We did experience some annoying power flickers that disrupted our evenings. The dining options nearby were limited, so bringing snacks is advisable. Despite these hiccups, we enjoyed our time and the beautiful surroundings.

Also, location was good and marvellous, at a short distance from Natural Protected Area National Park. The area had good choice of restaurants and nice restaurants.

a great selection of goodies for breakfast. big rooms with air con. location very close to less touristy areas along the main road and the bus terminal and local restaurants.

Comfortable and beautifully designed, the family suite was a retreat after exploring. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and has a lovely pool area for relaxation. Power flickers were a minor inconvenience, and some amenities were limited . Despite these issues, we enjoyed healthy salads and appreciated the staff's kindness throughout our visit.

The room was super spacious and stylish, and I loved chilling by the peaceful poolside after a long day. The outdoor pool and sun loungers were perfect for soaking up the sun! Just a heads up, there were some occasional power flickers, but it didn't ruin my great experience at all ☀️
